Cookout Restaurants
Cookout is a Southern mainstay for twenty-eight years. They originated in Greensboro, North Carolina, and became popular fast. There are currently twenty-three locations in Tennessee, with two more opening soon.
Cookout and Griffin Mechanical Team Up
Griffin Mechanical was hired by Cookout Restaurants to fulfill projects at multiple locations. Projects included renovations for tenants and ground-up construction. Most projects involved all new HVAC ductwork, as well as installation of owner provided restaurant equipment. We also took care of refrigeration and welded grease ductwork for many locations.
