“Prompt, Considerate, and Professional Service” The water pressure regulator coming into our house was faulty causing a leak to occur at a pressure relief valve attached to the on- demand hot water unit. The technician replaced the leaky pressure relief valve but wasn't really sure that changing out one part with another was going to fix our problem. Why he asked was this pressure relief valve leaking when it appeared to be in good condition. I liked the fact the technician admitted he didn't know everything and that he may need to consult with his peers if the leak persisted. Sure enough the new pressure relief valve continued to pop off and we still had a leak. The technician got together with his peers and a new pressure regulator was ordered and installed along with a second new pressure relief valve. No leaks!! The first trip ended up being a freebee, the second trip I was invoiced for parts at cost plus the callout fee. I felt these charges to be more than reasonable.
